Statute of Kairos Protocol
Art. 1 – Name and Nature
“KAIROS PROTOCOL” is an independent, collaborative, and monthly magazine, created with the aim of critically, accessibly, and visually exploring the intersections between ethics, technology, governance, cybersecurity, medicine, and social sciences. Each issue is curated by one or more young professionals, with the involvement of both internal and external authors.
Art. 2 – Mission
KAIROS PROTOCOL seeks to provide concise yet substantial content, authoritative yet accessible, through articles of no more than three to four pages. These articles address complex topics in a cross-cutting way, fostering debate and critical awareness. The project aspires to be an “informal academic roundtable,” where knowledge becomes shared, visual, and usable.
Art. 3 – Founding Values

- Interdisciplinarity
- Intellectual independence
- Rigor of sources
- Innovation and social impact
- Ethics and transparency
Art. 4 – Editorial Structure
Each issue is coordinated by a curator/editor, who defines the theme and supervises production. At the end of the drafting process, the editorial board will review and correct the article for publication.
External contributions are permitted, subject to editorial approval.
The magazine is published monthly and free of charge. Each issue features original articles, infographics, images, or tables.
Art. 5 – Editorial Criteria
Contents must be original, unpublished elsewhere, and accompanied by reliable sources where necessary.
An accessible language is encouraged, free from excessive jargon, yet without misleading simplifications.
Offensive, discriminatory, or irrational/unscientific content is strictly prohibited.
Art. 6 – Ownership and Licenses
The rights of each contribution remain with the authors; however, KAIROS PROTOCOL reserves the right to non-exclusive publication and dissemination, for educational purposes and without profit.
The magazine is distributed in digital format. Any future commercial uses will require an update of the statute.
Art. 7 – Project Evolution
The statute may be updated by consensus of the founders and curators, in line with the evolution of the project, the involvement of partners, or formal legal recognition (e.g., registration as a journal, association, or recognized editorial project).
